This gallery taught session discusses how daily life changed for people in Britain under Roman occupation. Using the Museum's collection, the session aims to further explore the Roman concepts of towns and town life, food and feasting, ritual and religion, and personal identity through adornment.

Duration: 1.5 hours

Session Format: A museum teacher will lead the first 45 minutes of the session.  Students will then have a chance to independently investigate the galleries and conduct their own object research.

Available: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. All Seasons.
