Drop-in event. No booking required.

While the spectacular Trumpington Cross can dazzle us with its garnets and gold, there are other objects in the Museum made from less ‘precious’ materials which sparkle and shine with a beauty all of their own. 

Bring a torch, grab a trail, and seek out these twinkling treasures.

The lift at MAA is currently out of order. As a result, access to the 1st and 2nd floor galleries and the toilets is by stairs only. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The nearest public toilets to the Museum are at the Grand Arcade – a two-minute walk away. Find details of accessible public toilets in Cambridge on the Cambridge City Council website.
