Join us for an evening at the Polar Museum all about our favourite stories and tales from Antarctica.

You'll start in the Lecture Theatre, where we'll dim the lights and you'll listen to the story of the Winter Journey, accompanied by images from our collection. We'll need your help with sound effects to really bring the story to life!

Next, you'll head in for a special after-hours visit to the Museum, where we'll have staff and volunteers ready to chat all about their favourite displays and heroic histories. We'll have a range of object handling opportunities, from an Edwardian magnifying glass to a replica penguin skull to the type of clothing that kept the Antarctic explorers safe.

Spaces are limited - please book a ticket for each member of your group, including toddlers and babies. If for some reason you're no longer able to attend, please cancel your booking so another family can join us.

Timings:

4:30 - 5:20pm
5:30 - 6:20pm
6:30 - 7:20pm
Doors will open 5 minutes before your booked time.

Booking is essential - please book through this Eventbrite link to select your time and book tickets for each member of your group.
