Mary was a 19th century fossil hunter from Lyme Regis. Over her lifetime she made many incredible discoveries, including three ichthyosaurs on display in the Museum. Although was from a very poor family she learnt to read and write and sent several letters to Professor Sedgwick that included beautiful drawings. Follow in her footsteps and be inspired by the 2.5 million objects in the Museum to create your own zine to take home.
