Can you find the animals hiding in the meadow?
Weaving your own meadow scene, you will then cut and stick a range of creatures to hide in the grass.
You can then decorate the edge of the meadow with paper butterflies and draw vibrant meadow flowers. Taking inspiration from a wildlife diorama, which animals will you choose to include?

Come and say hello to Saffron Walden Museum's famous lion, Wallace.
Wallace was the star attraction in Wombwell's travelling menagerie in the early 1800's, and he still attracts visitors today.
For this event, you will use Wallace as the inspiration for a fun craft activity, making roarsome lion bookmarks.

A day of creativity where participants will explore the gallery and its collection while taking part in exciting hands-on activities.
Throughout the day, participants will complete their own logbook to take home, and will receive an Arts Award Discover certificate around 4 weeks after the session.
