We will be using the Scratch programming language on a Raspberry Pi to control a Pibrella 'hat' that will sit on the Raspberry Pi. We will start by flashing the LEDs on the Pibrella and then continue to add a buzzer and a tripwire to create a basic intruder alarm!
The session is aimed at children aged 8-11 and is ideal for children at the upper Key Stage 2 level.
For participants under the age of 14, we require an accompanying adult to attend the workshop alongside them.
